Success Stories

Eloise was reported to us by someone who was extremely concerned.  She was signed over to us by her owner in June 2006  from the Llanveinor area.  She was extremely thin with a body score of 0.5.  She had lice, ringworm and was scouring badly, she was full of worms.   We were very interested to find out that she was registered, had already had a foal and been backed.  With a lot of care and attention Eloise slowly made progress and has proved to be a wonderful and kind mare.

Now in June 2007 aged 5, Eloise has been in her lovely new home for four months where she is being lightly ridden and brought on - her future is looking very good.

Clubs are Trumps Taken in to the SWHP in August 2003 in a terrible state. He was found in a field with no grass and he was very lame. The owner of Clubsie had no time for him and his daughter had lost interest, so they decided to sign him over to us. We have since discovered that Clubsie is a registered thoroughbred and has raced and point to pointed with some success. He came out of training in 1998 and from then on his life went downhill, until we found him. Clubsie is now in a great home where he is much loved.
