Horses for Rehoming

Each of the horses and ponies on this page have recovered from an ordeal, with help from SWHP. They are now ready to be re-homed in a safe, caring environment.

Before you decide to offer a home to these very special horses and ponies, we ask you to have a look at our adoption agreement page, which contains points that you should consider, along with the terms and conditions by which all our adoptive homes are bound.

14HH GREY MARE 8 YEARS OLD

Foxtrot is an ideal 2nd Pony Club Pony with a snaffle mouth. She has been a good competitive pony who is back with us as she ws outgrown in her last home where she was for 3 years.

DYLAN *ON TRIAL APRIL 10*

11HH DUN GELDING 7 YEARS OLD

Dylan is a lovely little pony who would suit a child looking for a 2nd pony. He has been in a couple of homes and has been outgrown and returned to us for re-homing. Everyone on the yard loves him, he is a real character. He is good to do and handle in all ways

COMPANIONS
